Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data MonCasinoBonus collects when you visit the site, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. We collect as little data as possible: you can read the whole site without creating an account or giving your name.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of MonCasinoBonus (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: contact@moncasinobonus.com.

We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising. We never collect payment data: deposits are made directly with the casinos, which have their own privacy policies.
3. Cookies and local storage
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): audience measurement, 13 months maximum. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser settings.
- mcb_ref: remembers for 30 days that a visitor arrived through a partner’s link, so the visit can be credited to them. It contains no personal data.
- Browser local storage: remembers your preferences (language, light or dark theme) and whether you closed or filled in the bonus-alert window, so it is not shown again. This information stays on your device.
4. Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting and storage of bonus-alert sign-ups (database located in Western Europe).
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: audience measurement.
- Supabase: storage of affiliate conversions (click IDs sent by partner programmes).
- Telegram: internal click and conversion notifications for the publisher.
- Partner affiliate programmes: they only receive a click ID, never your email address.
- An email delivery service, once alerts start being sent: it will be added to this list before any email goes out.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States). These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
5. Your rights
You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw your consent. For bonus alerts, the unsubscribe link in every email is enough. For anything else, write to contact@moncasinobonus.com: we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
6. Minors
This site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data about minors: signing up for alerts requires confirming you are 18 or older. If you think a minor has signed up, write to us and we will delete their data.
7. Changes
This policy evolves with the site. The last update date is shown at the top of the page; if anything important changes regarding bonus alerts, subscribers will be told by email.
